Losewire On board WiFI

Good morning, this is my first post I hope this translates automatically as I cannot speak German.

 

I have the VW WiFi option, however this does not work very well unless we are under the network  providers antenna, I have a Vodafone 4g data only sim, is anyone having the same issues. it is at the dealers hoping to be fixed, this is the second time its been in..

 

Any feed back would be most welcome.
